Within the 3-months, you will be guided to create and hold a specific spotlight related to your Soulwork. You could create:

An online event (eg masterclass, webinar, mini-workshop, etc)
An in-person event (eg local circle, info-night, speaking keynote, etc)
A series of videos/podcasts on your social media channel
A pitch of an idea, invention or innovation
A comedy/artistic presentation
A presentation or keynote to implement innovative change within an organisation
...Or something else similar but unique to your Soulwork.
